Please find below information regarding our privacy statement, return policy and term & conditions.

Privacy Statement

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • name
  • contact information
  • location for delivery purposes
  • billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • do something that relates directly to our business

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

  • a 3rd party in order to take actions connected to a purpose for collection and delivery.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter a certain type of information, we’ll be unable to provide specific services.
We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain staff to access it.
We keep your information for 30 days at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital information.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@brightprint.co.nz to obtain instructions for return. Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
Any items that have been specifically printed cannot be exchanged.
For defective or damaged products please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Terms & Conditions

I/We acknowledge that your credit terms are strictly for settlement on 20th of the month following the date of supply for all Brightprint and Worktime Group invoices.

Where accounts are not settled by due date ’ the company’ reserve the right without notice, to withhold goods and services on credit terms until the account is settled in full. Continued non-compliance will result in the account being closed and legal action taken to recover the amounts outstanding, including the cost of collection.

Title to the goods purchased remain with the vendor and shall not pass to the purchaser until the purchaser had paid the full purchase price and such payment has been honoured or cleared to the credit of the account of the vendor.

I/We irrevocable authorise ‘the company’ to collect any such information as it may require for its credit inquiries from any third party as it considers appropriate. Accordingly I/We authorise any person or business to provide ‘the company’ with such information as it may require in response to its credit inquiries.
